Steps to Integrate Asalta with Easyship

Easyship is a Global shipping platform that connects eCommerce sellers and marketplaces to multi-courier shipping.
Connect your Asalta to EasyShip platform integration in simple steps, print labels and save up to 70% on rates.

Step 1

To Connect Easyship you'll need to get an access token from Easyship.
Please login to your Easyship account or if you do not have an account you can create an account here
Once you've logged into your account select "New Integration" under "Connect"

Next, select "API Integration". You will be prompted to provide a name for your store or integration.
Type in the name and click on "Connect"

Now, Select Production

On the selected Option click on the copy icon to add the token to your clipboard.

In this page, you're also able to define the scopes of the token relating to the Easyship account.
Select all the scopes and Save, Now API token grants access to your account.

Step2

In your Asalta System Under Settings, Modules & Integrations select easyship, paste the
copied access token from your easyship account in the below Access token box and click on connect.
Now you are connected to easyship from Asalta. Next is an important step to make Asalta and easy ship to work together.

Step 3

Connect Webhook

Once Asalta is connected with Easyship, The Third step is to connect to a webhook, Follow the below steps.

Before We Get Started

To create a webhook, you will need an endpoint url for you to receive notifications on events that happen in your Easyship account.
To Copy the endpoint url to create webhook, Login to Asalta and copy the endpoint url.

Navigating to the Webhooks page

Go to Alternatively, the page can be found under the Connect section:

Creating a Webhook

Once you are there, click on "Add new webhook":

Enter the URL copied from the Asalta and Easyship integration Screen.

After keying in the Url, Select the event Type as Shipment label created and shipment label failed, and then click on create.

After creating a new webhook, it will initially be set as inactive:

Activate the webhook by clicking on the "Status" toggle.

You can also modify the event notifications you wish to receive. The secret key can be used to validate whether the notification is coming from Easyship.
